WHAT’s in the package?
One in-person site visit for me to understand the site’s climate, sun patterns, soil type, bed sizes, constraints, and opportunities. We’ll also discuss your yard goals, desired aesthetic, and any other concerns or questions for your yard
One write up of the site visit to outline your site’s existing characteristics and desired outcome
One plant palette with photos, listing out each recommended plant species, with details such as mature size, light needs, etc
A PERFECT plant palette
This package delivers a customized list of plants that will thrive in your eco-zone based on an in-person site visit, regional site research, and your preferred plant style (e.g. modern, cottage style, dessert xeriscape). As a landscape designer, I’ll ensure the plant recommendations look good together, achieves your aesthetic goals, and will succeed in your specific yard.
You can then take this list of recommended plants, determine how you want to lay them out and the quantities, and purchase them yourself at your local nursery to self-install. This is the most economical package, so that you get a designer-made plant palette that will look good and thrive, without the designer price tag. Perfect for home DIYers or people with some garden experience.
Simple pricing
This package costs $1,500 for all standard sized residential yards under 3,000 square feet. Contact me for pricing on larger sites.
Since this package does not involve any install or material purchasing, I do not charge any additional fees.
You as the Client will have full control over purchasing plants and other materials from the stores of your choice, and managing the installation of the plants.
If you’d like me to handle plant quantities, wholesale ordering, sourcing other materials like gravel, mulch, boulders, and irrigation, or hiring any laborers to install, the Intermediate Package is the better option for you.
LOOKING FOR MORE?
If you need more than a list of plants, such as rendering of your yard with plants laid out for you, and exact plant quantities that can be purchased at a wholesale nursery, this Intermediate Package may be a better choice for you
If you want a professional designer to handle all the details for you, along with a more involved remodel such as adding hardscape like patios, pathways, pools, and more, you’ll likely need this Advanced Package.
