Intermediate Package

WHAT’s in the package?

  1. One in-person site visit for me to understand the site’s climate, sun patterns, soil type, bed sizes, constraints, and opportunities. We’ll also discuss your yard goals, desired aesthetic, and any other concerns or questions for your yard.

    • I will also measure your outdoor spaces in order to render your new plant design in 3D and ensure accurate quantities of individual plants and materials

  2. One write up of the site visit to outline your site’s existing characteristics and desired outcome

  3. One plant palette with photos, listing out each recommended plant species, with details such as mature size, light needs, etc

  4. One materials palette with photos, listing out recommended ground cover (e.g. mulch, gravel) and planter accents (e.g. boulders, fountains)

  5. One 3D design render of the new planting layouts incorporating the above

  6. One 2D plant plan with exact plants laid out, the quantities and sizes to be purchased at the nursery

  7. Purchasing of materials at wholesale nurseries and vendors

  8. On-site visit to oversee plant delivery and install

A CONVENIENT PLANT REFRESH

This package delivers a customized plant design for your existing yard’s planter beds and pots, that will thrive in your eco-zone based on an in-person site visit, regional site research, and your preferred plant style (e.g. modern, cottage style, dessert xeriscape). As a landscape designer, I’ll ensure the plant recommendations look good together, achieves your aesthetic goals, and will succeed in your specific yard.

I will also recommend ground covers and any planter accents, to produce a high end professional design. Once the design is approved by you, I’ll coordinate plant and material quantities, placing orders at local vendors and nurseries that provide wholesale pricing, and hiring skilled laborers to expertly install these plants and ensure future success with irrigation with my oversight. The perfect option for someone looking to refresh their existing yard with new, updated plants with that designer look and feel, letting me and the team handle all the details for you.

Simple pricing

This package costs $5,000 for all standard sized residential yards under 3,000 square feet. Contact me for pricing on larger sites.

In addition to the $5,000 fee, there will be a 15% Time & Materials charge on top of all additional purchases, such as plants, materials, and labor. We will manage all the details to make this as convenient and streamlined process for you.

If you want to buy the plants and install them yourself, the Basic Package may be a better option for you. If you want to expand the redesign to additional hardscape areas like an updated patio, new walkways, or even a pool or spa, the Advanced Package will be a better option.

If all you need is a recommended plant list from an experienced landscape professional, and you want to handle the layout design, ordering, and installation of the plants I recommend, the Basic Package is a better option for you.

If you want a professional designer to handle all the details for you, along with a more involved remodel such as adding hardscape like patios, pathways, pools, and more, you’ll likely need this Advanced Package.
